Welcome to Vibrant Good Health

I’m Peter Glickman and I’ve been writing about alternative health since my first book, Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days, was published in 2004.


That book has been translated into 7 foreign languages and has been in the top 10 in Preventative Medicine and Diet Therapy of Kindle for more than a year, while the paperback version was on the Alternative Medicine bestseller list for more than 4 years. It was the first new book on the Master Cleanse in 30 years and got me on the Today Show, the NY Times, the London Times, CBS National Sunday News and much more media. Since then, I’ve personally coached more than 2,000 people on the Master Cleanse personally, on the phone, on webinars and on the Master Cleanse forum. That experience has provided me with a great deal of information on detoxification diets and detox symptoms (also called retracing, healing crises and Herxheimer reactions). If you add in my experience as director of a chiropractic clinic and later of a chelation clinic (chelation is a alternative treatment to bypass surgery) and eating a 100% raw vegan diet for 6 months with my wife some years ago, I think you could say I’ve been around the block in alternative health.
